This document is issued under regulation 34 of the Kenya Citizenship and Immigration Regulations, 2012 to a person(s) seeking to enter Kenya or remain in Kenya for:-

• A limited period for the purpose of applying for a review of a denied permit
• Temporarily conducting any business, trade or profession
• (Applying for a permit for) employment, conducting any business or trade for a period of time
